Schedules automate recurring Cell actions such as commands, restarts and maintenance tasks.

Good uses

Schedules are useful for predictable operational work, including maintenance restarts and game-server commands that need to run at known times.

Avoid collisions

Do not schedule incompatible actions for the same time. Leave enough time between stop, backup, maintenance and start operations for each step to finish.

Time zones

Document the time zone used by your installation so administrators know when scheduled tasks will actually run.
